We will be providing you some things you can copy, modify or just get ideas from to start making your own communications to those who you think would love to know about organic and Scriptural standard foods.
The first thing you should do is make a list of everyone's e-mail you hope to contact. Make sure your new website address from Beyond Organic is on every single piece of information you send or give out so you get credit for all your hard work!
The next thing is to write a letter to send to your e-mail contacts. When finished copy and paste your letter into a new e-mail. Use the BCC feature in your e-mail if you send to multiple addresses to protect the privacy of your friends. Do not send more then 20 at a time in the BCC or TO address fields or your e-mail may be flagged as “spam” and your email address may be shut down temporarily.
Get some Beyond Organic business cards printed to hand out wherever you go. Most people want to explore things on their own time, so a few words can go a long way with a card with your website on it! All you need sometimes is just a touch point of info to get others interested!
