Setting up Will-Call pickup in Kansas City for autoship/orders

Here is Beyond Organic's answer to that question:

1) You can set up your autoship/order online and then call Beyond Organic to make it a Will-Call.
2) You can call Beyond Organic and they will set up the autoship/order for you and make it a Will-Call.

It's going to be hard to have a set date to always pick up Will-Call so every month you will have to contact Beyond Organic, or if we don't hear from you we'll contact you to set up a Will Call day and time. Our Will Call pick ups are on Thursdays and Fridays from 9:00am-5:00pm.

If you have any questions you can call them at: (800) 560-3961 or email them at customerservice@livebeyondorganic.com

Suggestions for a "Tasting Experience" Presentation

Starting something new is always "awkward" or "uncomfortable" until repetition makes you better and time makes it seem "natural".  This is the case with Beyond Organic- the company business structure, the revolutionary products and, marketing them in the world of health food stores and existing "organic" products.

While we are learning the "facts" about the products, and nothing is more important than thoroughly knowing your products, our "tasting experience" parties have been mainly making people aware of the company and putting into their mouths the food and into their hands our business card and a "Living" magazine.  We encourage people to read the magazine for in-depth information on the company and products and to go to our website listed on our business card to order.

We answer any questions about the company and products the best we can making sure what we say is 100% true- no need to embellish on the best- it is the best!

We try to do a great job making our presentation look good.  We purchased a Beyond Organic banner which we place behind our table (see other pictures) and we use a disposable green tablecloth that matches the green in the Beyond Organic banner.  We use small disposable paper cups for sampling the drinks and marble cutting boards with cheese cutting knives to prepare cheese sample slices on wholesome crackers for tasting (we also wear disposable plastic gloves while preparing the cheese & crackers). We made Beyond Organic name tags and try to make the table look as classy as possible with lots of organized info.

We staple our business card in the lower right hand corner of the "Living" magazine and place a label with our contact information on the back of the magazine on the bottom over the Beyond Organic toll free number/web address next to the bottle of Amasai (people will usually look on the front or back of a magazine for contact information and we want them to contact us, not customer service).

We use the two hand out brochures you can see on the blog here. One is strictly Product Information and the other is How to Order.  Anyone coming to our party leaves with a magazine and brochures.

We have people always asking the price of the products.  We are working on single sheet price comparisons for each of the products and hope to have that soon.  Lucinda went to Whole Foods and took pictures of their "Organic Ground Round Beef" with the price tag which is the same in price as Beyond Organic but, when fully compared, will fall short in true value.
December 8th "Tasting Experience" at Chiropractor's office in NC.
Maximized limited space with small table and Ipad for video presentation.

"Tasting Experience" in Charlotte, NC

Team 4 Life Mission Marketers Jim, Joanna, Susanna, Wesley, and David presented a Beyond Organic "Tasting Experience" to clients of a Charlotte, NC med spa. Clients of the med spa seeking better health were introduced to the health building foods and drinks of Beyond Organic.
Tasting Beyond Organic products is the best introduction. Contact local congregations, clubs, health spas, chiropractors, naturopathic doctors, gyms, etc. to offer a "tasting experience" for members/clients. Your business card attached to a "Living Well" magazine is a great way to have people learn more and order or join through you.
